Are you one of those people who has a passion for making a difference in society?
Sometimes when people feel strongly about a certain cause or organization, they find fulfilment in getting involved such as volunteering for a certain yearly event or serving on the board of directors. Usually when someone is passionate about a certain job, they do really well at it and often times they get asked to move up to a different position. Sometimes however, the new position isn’t exactly suited to the person being asked to do it.
In this video I talk about the difficulty that some people have in saying no and offer a new way to think about this powerful little word.
